Dr. Lackman is a very competent professional, he is empathetic, listens to your concerns, points out the problems detected and seeks the best solution! The service is wonderful from the reception (Ruth is super attentive) to the procedure! Because I only speak basic English, Dr. Lackman even used a translator so I could understand what was going on, so much so that I went to professionals who spoke my native language (Portuguese), but I felt more confident with Dr. Lackman.
